Integration Package

For clients interested in migrating to Google Analytics, the Integration Package provides the core services needed to get a site up and tracking data. Within our standard integration solution, DigiKnow’s analytics team will:

• Configure the account
• Add the analytics tracking code
• Set up the standard filters
• Provide a brief tutorial on the Google Analytics system

Basic Package

The basic package starts with a one hour interview. Website and current analytics will be reviewed and website goals will be discussed. Using these goals and the knowledge gained through review, updates to the Google Analytics configuration will be made to improve reporting.

• Analytics Review and Goal Setting – 1 hour meeting with analytics specialist
• System Configuration analysis and update – site specific review and updates for better tracking
• Monthly reports with observations and tips – 5 page report on monthly website activity

Advanced Package

The advanced package offers services of the basic package, plus a quarterly report on insights found through geographic trends, search keyword patterns, user path changes, and more. The report includes action steps to improve conversion rates.

• System Configuration analysis and update – site specific review, updates and goal configuration • Monthly reports with observations – report on monthly activity
• Quarterly analysis and insights – in depth review of website activity and a presentation of the insights and recommendations

Custom Solutions
